The experience gained through decades of work on-field representing valve and actuator manufacturers, enabled us to solve all kind of problems and to work out solutions directly on-field for the majority of valve related criticalness, optimizing at best every involving project phase:
Engineering
& Design
We provide assistance to engineering teams during projects design involving valves, actuators & related accessories by solving problems and clarifying doubts, in order to assure together that proper/optimal product will be purchased and installed. We provide also all necessary FAT services and/or other related technical assistance.
Construction &
Mechanical Completion
Within these stages we assist our clients during SAT activities, checking that materials delivered comes in accordance to expectations & related standards. We give all necessary support during valve installation procedures, hydro tests, line flushing, related loop checks and by performing functional tests, in order to speed-up and optimize the entire work flow sequences involved.
Commissioning
& Start-UP
These most critical phases are involving the major effort and it’s here that we play a very important role; we expedite all valve involving activities and valve troubleshoot during leak tests, assist and coordinate ITR’s termination, supervise local workshops/suppliers, assist and provide emergency procurement, cataloging spare parts, perform valve overhauls/repairs and related upgrades.
